Bala Vihar has been restructured to accommodate more kids and teach more of Hinduism, The course is similar to that of what is being followed in Chinmaya mission Bala Vihar. We have divided the class into three groups based on age group.

Class Format

• Sit in 1 minute silence


• Chant Starting slokas


• Bhajans


• Learn appropriate class level slokas


• Work with the individual class text
• Chinmaya Pledge
• Sit in 1 minute silence
• Chant Closing slokas
• Distribute Prasad

Class guidelines

• The class will be conducted alternate Sundays


• It will start at 2:00PM and end at 3:30 AM
• The balavihar class a child should attend will be strictly based on the child’s school grade


• All teachers to be on time and leave on time
• All parents to be on time to drop the kids and pickup the kids
• No class during long weekends, Labor day, Thanksgiving, Spring Break, etc
• No class during summer holidays
